When I first arrived at TPA I thought I would hate it, and for a while, I did. After a while of being there I realized it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be, in fact, it helped me. With the help of TPA, I was able to take some time and work on myself. It became the safe space that I needed to get my head together. TPA helped me to become the changed person that I am now.
